Rehablist.com, what fun it is.
I recently logged on to Rehablist.com for the Greater Central VA Richmond area. Once on the site I found it to be easy to use and full of great investor information! Also the really cool thing is that it's all free! Thus far I have listed 2 houses on the site and have purchased one property. Both of the houses I registered on the site are now closed, or are going to be closing in the next 10 days. As a new RehabList.com member, I am having great success selling wholesale deals. After listing several properties, I have received lots of interest by qualified buyers. I recently sold a lot in Church Hill and it sold the first day listed. Additionally, I have met many new investors who are interested in doing deals. "At first I thought RehabList.com was going to be another real estate website that got no marketing exposure and was a waste of my time, I was wrong! I decided to give it a try and I listed 2 properties on the website, the process was simple and I was even able to upload images.
