I did not get to go to this seminar but just wanted to comment that in my opinion, Steve Cook is the best when it comes to teaching; REALLY teaching you how wholesaling is done. Unlike most who were on this panel, he is not a marketer but a true investor and when you purchase his products or go to his website won’t bombard you with daily emails hawking something for you to buy.
