So How Does It Work?

| | Before a new deal goes through our system it must be “approved” as a measure of quality control. In order to preserve the integrity of the site we only allow properties on the site that provide an upside profit after rehab. We check each listing to keep both retail deals and blatant advertising off the site. It would be impossible for us to approve deals all over the nation, so we rely on our Local Affiliates to handle the approval process.
As our local affiliate you would be notified automatically of each and every new "pending" deal in your area and would log into a private area online to view the deal and approve the content posted. This allows you to examine the deal for its potential as a good rehab project by running quick comps and hopefully by just knowing the area well enough that you can approve the deal. Once you have approved the deal it is then emailed out automatically to the entire list of local investors in that area, hungry to find a new house to renovate.
