Real Estate Investing >> Wholesaling Houses

There are many different ways to invest in real estate, one way is wholesaling houses. Wholesaling houses is simply acquiring a contract on a piece of real estate and then you sell or assign that contract to another investor who then closes on the transaction.

Real estate wholesalers sometimes buy and sell properties in large quantities and then sell them for a small markup to get them sold quickly and do it again. This method of wholesaling usually yields less profits.

A more common wholesale approach among real estate investors is to get properties under contract with no money down and do a "quick flip" and assign the contract to another investor. This wholesaling method is done many times when investors find homes that other investors who have a large amount of rental properties would be interested in acquiring. Using this method of wholesaling houses it’s always a good idea to have a buyer for the real estate in mind before writing a contract on the home.
