Investing in fixer upper homes with the intentions to restore or fix the home and sell it for a profit is the process of rehabbing a home. Real Estate investors make money rehabbing by purchasing fixer upper homes at a low discounted rate, they put time and money into restoring the home and they either sell the home for more than the initial investment to purchase the property plus what it cost to make repairs and restore the home and hopefully make some profit.
Real estate investors also purchase fixer upper homes and rehab them to use for rental properties which supplies the investors with passive residual income on a monthly basis.
