LOGIN
To log in as a USER and Create an account all you need is an email. http://rehablist.com/create.aspx and you may add listings, edit your listings, and select listings to be emailed to you as soon as they are approved by selecting counties on your hot list. This is available to all users of rehablist.com at no charge.
EDITING LISTINGS
Login to your account. Select the view my listings on the left menu. You will see a list of all your properties by your listing title. From here you can mark your listings sold, delete them, or renew them. If you click on the listing title you can edit your discription or add pictures to that listing.
HOTLIST
As soon as a listing is approved it is emailed the people who have selected to recieve listings from that county(s) hotlist. A hot list is a list of counties you are interested in investing in, this can be edited by logging in as a user, then selecting the hot list tab. After a user sets up an id, they can edit their hot list, by selecting counties they want to receive listings from.
VENDOR ADVERTISEMENTS
Click on the vendor advertisements menu tab. Here is where hard moneylenders, construction companies, real estate agents, painters or anyone related to the real estate industry and rehabbing can advertise on the web site at no charge. Your advertisement goes through an approval process so please only post the ad once.
